Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty coverage must be confirmed in writing for the supplied Planeform product before ordering. A warranty duration or manufacturer warranty is not established by this general policy or by product imagery.

Planeform is developing its own private-label collection. Supplier, sourcing and any applicable warranty documentation must be confirmed for the supplied product. This page does not assert third-party authorized-retailer status.

Coverage, duration and service arrangements depend on the written terms for the supplied product. Request those terms before placing an order.

Warranty Coverage Includes

Depending on the manufacturer, warranties can cover:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective parts
  • Mechanical or electrical component failures in the service conditions stated in the written product warranty

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or abuse
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage after delivery

How to Request Warranty Service

If you encounter a problem with your product:

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name used for purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your documentation and explain the applicable claim route. Where a supplier warranty applies, we will help you contact the responsible provider.

Replacement Parts

Some manufacturers may replace the unit, but some manufacturers only provide parts. In such cases:

  • Parts are sent to the customer directly
  • Installation could be the responsibility of the customer unless the written product warranty specifies otherwise

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Warranty claim shipping costs will follow manufacturer policy. Some manufacturers cover the shipping cost of defective parts. Some others may ask the customer to pay for return shipping.

Warranty Limitations

  • Unless stated otherwise, Planeform does not offer separate extended warranties.
  • No change to the terms of manufacturer warranties.
  • All warranty claims are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
