Bring smaller areas into the same floor plan.
The Detailform Hand Grinder is the two-handed, small-area companion in the Planeform collection. A contained shroud, clearly separated grips and a compact mineral housing make its working role easy to read. The matching visual language connects it to the walk-behind machines while its handheld format places local access and control at the center of the equipment conversation.
Identify the areas the larger machine cannot address before choosing the detail setup. Corners, transitions, wall sections, thresholds and fixed obstructions can each present different access conditions. Detailform gives those areas a defined place in the system, without implying a measured reach, a particular application or compatibility with unconfirmed tooling.
Read the handheld arrangement
- A two-handed grip concept. The separated holding points make the intended operating posture visually understandable.
- A contained lower shroud. The dark working area is gathered beneath the mineral body and remains easy to distinguish.
- A compact companion form. Detailform is organized for local work within a broader floor and perimeter plan.
- A machine-specific setup. Tooling, shroud and extraction connections must be checked against the exact supplied tool.
Describe the local work first
Share the floor material, intended task, access around the area, available power and the surrounding obstructions. Ask Planeform to confirm the supplied tool’s dimensions, weight, electrical requirements, tooling interface, guard or shroud arrangement and extraction connection. Use the operating documentation to assess the complete setup and appropriate handling requirements.
Check the package line by line
Request written confirmation of the tool, fitted components, any tooling, adapters, extraction pieces, storage case and documentation included with the order. A case or accessory visible in the gallery illustrates the product context and does not establish that it is supplied.
Coordinate detail and perimeter work
Consider Edgeform for a dedicated walk-behind perimeter direction and choose the main Plane grinder around the central floor. Match the Detailform tooling and connection components only after fitment is verified. Contact Planeform with photographs or drawings of the local areas to discuss the arrangement.
